LJ Gilland Real Estate

When selecting a Property Manager you need to choose someone who knows the
law and is confident in applying it. We provide investors the assurance that
at all times we will be acting in your best interests, legally, ethically
and financially.

One of the most important aspects of Property Management is the selection of
suitable tenants. We are very particular in our selection process ensuring
all tenants pass stringent checks. We value our tenants, they are an
important part of our business - without them you don't receive rent. We
understand that we are dependent on them and that they deserve to be
respected and valued.

Inspections form a major part in monitoring the condition of your property.
At the commencement of each new tenancy a detailed condition report is
prepared and routine inspections are made every 3 to 4 months to ensure the
property is being well maintained.

We have a fully computerized accounting system, thus minimizing errors and
confusion. You will receive a monthly statement outlining income and
expenses and payments are made directly into your bank account. An
additional statement is sent to you at the end of the financial year to help
with the preparation of your tax return.
