Carlos as excellent in our association with them as rental property managers
for almost 13 years on our investment property. We were always kept informed of
any issues, the property was well maintained, and rental return was well placed

Due to impending retirement, the decision was made to sell the property.
Linda carried out the market research, and ensured we were well informed on all

When we first joined the ranks of owning an investment property 20+ years ago we were introduced to L J Gilland Real Estate with Linda and Carlos. They have looked after a couple of different properties for us over the years in a very professional and reliable manner, even selling our first investment property for us, with a tenant in place. Only a small segment of property management companies go out of their way to help tenants with their move-in and move-out experience.
